spitting
like a man possessed
the delusion was there
the masses didn’t care
lies told, right out cold
disturbing to see
the influence to make a mould

masses cried in passion
in one-fold
emotions ran high
for this man who wants to
be king of jerusalem
the masses believed the
message from the man
no thinking, no blinking
no questioning
the delusion grows
