An Overview

♠ Leadership potential exists within each of us. Outside events can trigger that potential, or it is developed by exploring ourselves from within. Leadership coaching takes the latter approach. Once you learn the techniques of leading wth emotional intelligence, you will be able to build the confidence it takes to take the lead. The more experience you have acting as a genuine leader, the easier it will be for you. It is never easy to take the lead, as you will need to make decisions and face challenges, but it can become  natural and rewarding.

♠ Great leaders aspire to be as effective as possible in the myriad of situations they encounter. A leader has a responsibility to
engage people, implement policies, make decisions, and drive developments that advance organisational goals for which
stakeholders hold them accountable.

About The Coaching

♦ I specialise in executive leadership coaching and mentoring sessions on an one on one basis. Its designed to improve your capacity as a leader and to prepare you for future roles in leadership. Not only is the coaching for leadership development but also for personal growth as an individual. The coaching is a process of  developing your emotional intelligence leadership skills in  is guiding and supporting you in setting personal, work and mental goals within your present situation.

♦ The one on one sessions is about talking, exploring, finding solutions, creating opportunities, and developing your ability to succeed greatly as a leader. You cannot risk leaving your personal development to chance; planning is essential. How many times have you stated to yourself or others your intentions to act but fall back into old habits?

How It Works

Ω  I first conduct a personal emotional intelligence leadership assessment with you online. The assessment explores the six components of successful emotional intelligence leadership within you.

  • Your Self-Awareness = The Aware Leader.
  • Your Awareness of Others = The Empathetic Leader.
  • Your Authenticity = The Genuine Leader.
  • Your Emotional Reasoning = The Expansive Leader .
  • Your Self-Management = The Resilient Leader.
  • Inspiring-Performance = The Empowering Leader.

Ω You will receive a full report and accompanying leadership workbook based on YOUR results to be used within the coaching process. From this information we begin to build a development plan, based on your actual function as a leader.  We will look at actions you can Stop doing, Start doing, and Keep doing on each of the emotional intelligent components. Most often, your best course of action for personal and professional growth and development is obvious and easy to recognise.

The Hours Needed

⊗ The coaching is a minimum of 5 hours, set in advance over 2 months with goals to reach based on the sessions spent together. If after 5 hours of coaching you feel you need to continue on more coaching and mentoring then further hours will be planned.

 

About The Venue For Coaching

↔ The venue for the coaching is normally at your workplace, offsite, or virtually. It is advisable that the venue is suitable for coaching.
