When fear becomes habitual it becomes a problem because you will begin to think it is a necessity. Of course there is normal fear you have as an individual which protects you from danger. I am referring to the unhealthy fear that kills your mind and keeps you in a perpetual state of immobility and you feel you lack something if you have nothing to fear. So what drives this unhealthy habitual fear. There are two things that you can identify and they are your own uncertainty of events and the unknown of the future. Both are creators of unhealthy fear and both are driven by assumption. And assumption is the mother of all f…upps.
I once read, “If you become fearless, you become limitless”. So how do you become fearless from being fearful to becoming limitless? Fear represents being limited. Fear doesn’t want you to succeed, it wants you to be depressed, worried and believe untruths. FEAR stands for FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL. So, fear is false information being fed to you from a variety of sources, duping your mind into believing it. Submitting to habitual fear is deadly. You have a choice whether to listen to the false information or not. How do you become fearless? Stop listening to fearful things, and begin to renew your mind towards things of a positive nature and a true nature. Start listening to or reading things that are good for you and worth believing.
Your inner spirit wants to overcome, conquer and win. Phone the people you don’t want to phone, see the people you don’t want to see and do the things you don’t want to do. You must want to propel that process forward. It’s much easier to be courageous armed with truth, rather than imposed falsehoods. Also, understand you that you are far better than you think in conquering fear … PERIOD!
